Being created in the image of God, we are designed for community. Just as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have always shared life, we are meant o share life with God and with one another. Community groups provide a starting place for life sharing.
Small groups meeting in homes are the heartbeat of New Heights Church. In small groups, we form deep and lasting relationships as we live out our identity as the family of God. Our community groups provide a place where you can study, eat, worship, pray, and serve with other believers. For many of us, our closest friends are people we met in a community group. If you're not part of a small group yet, then Discovery is a great place to start. We created Discovery to be your first small-group experience. You'll meet weekly or bi-weekly in someone's home, share a meal, and learn about New Heights Church. You'll be able to ask questions, find answers, develop friendships, and discover what New Heights is all about. New Discovery groups begin every two or three months.
Discovery is for everyone who is new at New Heights. This 9 week small group will help you build relationships, ask crucial questions about our church & be encouraged in your own spiritual growth. Discovery is not only our chief point of connection, it is also our pathway to Membership.
We are convinced that life in Community is a priority for every Christ-Follower. For this reason, we charge every member of NHB to commit to participate or lead a Community Group. Click here to view our groups & make plans to visit one this week.
Your faith in Jesus is deeply personal, but it is never meant to be private.
We want to help you 'go public' as a Christ-Follower because baptism is a powerful sign for individuals, families & the entire church about Christ's death, burial & resurrection.
Membership is available to anyone who has completed Discovery at New Heights Bentonville. We are delighted to have you join our church family. We are a people whose mission is to LOVE GOD PASSIONATELY & LOVE PEOPLE TANGIBLY.
Looking for a crew to hang with? Have a hobby you like and want to fellowship with others? Looking for a non intimidating way to meet others at NHB? Join a connect group. Don't see your particular flavor? Reach out to Bryan to talk about starting a new connect group.
We have several resources to help new and established community group leaders establish and lead groups effectively.
