You will own the guest experience from the parking lot to the seat, and you will recruit, train, and schedule the volunteers who make Sunday morning work. Sunday mornings required. We are hiring someone to lead our Sunday morning elementary ministry, kindergarten through 5th grade. Every Sunday, a child walks into our building and decides whether this is a place where they are known. You will recruit, train, and schedule the volunteers who make that happen, and you will make sure every classroom is safe, staffed, and ready before the doors open. You will work alongside our Kids Director and help build toward our 2030 vision. Sunday mornings required.
