We are hiring a woman to lead the discipleship and spiritual care of our female students, 7th through 12th grade. You will teach and disciple girls directly. You will recruit, train, and shepherd the women who lead them. You will work alongside our student ministry director and help build toward our 2030 vision of 200 students in gospel-centered community. Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings required. Every Sunday, a child walks into our building and decides whether this is a place where they are known. You will recruit, train, and schedule the volunteers who make that happen, and you will make sure every classroom is safe, staffed, and ready before the doors open.
